Apnea UK freediving camp in Dahab in March 2022 with Molchanova Freediving School!

Train with us in our Freediving camp in the Mecca of freediving, Dahab, organised together with Molchanova Freediving School!

This is a great opportunity to practice and master your techniques and acquire certification, with a school led by world champion freediver (20+ world records) Alexey Molchanov!

The training will be carried out according to Molchanovs education system (see Wave 1 , Wave 2 and Wave 3 ). We’ll find an instructor for your level.

You will have lectures, deep dives and masterclasses covering relaxation, breathing and stretching. You will learn advanced equalisation techniques like deep Frenzel, mouthfill, packing, reverse packing. In addition we’re going to do a lot of fun dives in the iconic sites like Blue Hole!

Details:

  • Price: £460 - includes 6 days of training. Flight tickets, transfer, accommodation and equipment rentals are not included.
  • Dates:
    • 14-22 March 2022 - main freediving week
    • 5-12 March 2022 - additional week of freediving (if enough people apply)
    • We’ll have 3 diving days, followed by one day off and then 3 more diving days.
  • Accomodation: we're planning to rent a cottage on AirBnb. If you prefer to live separately, please feel free to find accomodation on your own.
  • Transfer: we can rent a bus for 10 people for about £40 one way. Taxi transfer is about £27 per car one way.

You should be able to rent necessary equipment if needed.
